PA Dutch Corn Pudding
Ingredients:
1 c. dried corn
2 c. hot milk
2 eggs. beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cold milk
1 Tbs. butter
1 c. dried corn

Directions:
Grind the dried corn in a food mill. Pour hot milk over it and let it set for 1 hour. Add eggs, salt and cold milk. Pour into a greased baking dish. Dot with butter. Place baking dish in shallow pan filled with water 1" deep. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
