Pea Pot Pie
Ingredients:
Cook a 1/4 peck of shelled peas with a little salt and sugar to taste.
Make a dough of:
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. baking powder
1 heaping Tbs. Crisco

Directions:
Roll and cut in squares. After peas are tender, add milk (about 3 c.) and 1/4 lb. butter, bring to boil and drop dough in slowly. Boil 20 minutes, stirring frequently during cooking.
