Pimiento Cheese Spread
Ingredients:
2 c. shredded extra-sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimiento, drained
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbs. chopped pecans
1/4 c. mayonnaise
6 pimiento stuffed olives, diced
1 Tbs. dry sherry
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. pepper
