Potato-Sausage Casserole
Ingredients:
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup, undiluted
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. sliced raw potatoes
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Brown sausage. Drain and set aside. Combine soup, milk, onion and pepper in a greased 2 qt. casserole. Layer 1/2 of the potatoes,1/2 of the soup mixture and 1/2 of the sausage. Repeat. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until the potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven for 2-3 minutes, until cheese melts. Garnish with parsley.
