Praline Crunch Cookies
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. almond brickle chips
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
In large mixing bowl, combine sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Beat at low speed until soft dough forms. Stir in chips and pecans. Cover with plasiic wrap. Chill 1-2 hours.
Heat oven to 375 degrees, Shape dough into 1 1/2" balls. Place balls 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 9-13 minutes, or until light golden brown.
Makes 5 dozen cookies.
