Rhubarb Cake


1/2 c. margaring or butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda 2 c. sifted flour
3 c. rhubarb, cut into small pieces


Cream butter and sugar. Add all other ingredients (except rhubarb) and mix. Fold in rhubarb. Pour into 9x13 inch greased pan.
Sprinkle over top:
1 c. brown sugar mixed with 1 tsp. cinnamon.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
