Rice Pudding
Ingredients:
1/2 c. uncooked rice (not instant)
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1 Tbs. butter
Cinnamon, nutmeg or raisins if desired

Directions:
Grease 1 1/2 qt. casserole. In greased casserole, combine rice, sugar and milk; dot with butter. Bake at 300 for 1 3/4 to 2 hours until rice is tender and pudding is creamy, stirring occasionally. Cool; sprinkle each serving with cinnamon. Store in refrigerator. Makes 4 (1/2 cup) servings.
