Scalloped Chicken
Ingredients:
1 pt. cooked, cut-up chicken
1 pt. chicken broth
1 c. whole milk
1 Tbs. flour
2 Tbs. butter
Few shakes pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 c. cut-up celery
6 crushed soda crackers
Bread crumbs
1 pt. cooked, cut-up chicken
1 pt. chicken broth
1 c. whole milk
1 Tbs. flour
2 Tbs. butter

1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 c. cut-up celery
6 crushed soda crackers
Bread crumbs
Directions:
Mix chicken, broth, milk, flour and butter together. Combine pepper, salt sage, celery and crushed crackers. Place in the bottom of greased baking dish. Add chicken mixture. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 375 till thoroughly browned.
