Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredients:
6 c. raw potatoes, sliced thin
4 Tbs. flour
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 /8 tsp. pepper
1 onion
2 1/2 c. hot milk
2 Tbs. butter

Directions:
Place a layer of potatoes in a buttered baking dish. Add minced onion.Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour, and dot with butter.Repeat until all ingredients are used. Pour hot milk over potatoes and bake at 350 for 1 1/4 hours.
