Scalloped Oysters

Ingredients:

1 pint fresh oysters
2 c. medium-coarse saltine cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
3/4 c. light cream
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Drain oysters, reserving 1/4 c. liquid. Combine crumbs and melted butter. Set aside 1/2 c. buttered crumbs. Combine remaining crumbs with drained oysters, the 1/4 c. reserved liquid, mushrooms, cream and the Worcestershire sauce. Turn into 8 1/4x1 3/4" round baking dish. Top with reserved crumbs. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
