Sugar Snap Peas
Ingredients:
1 lb. fresh or frozen sugar snap peas
1/2 c. water
1 Tbs. butter
1 garlic clove, minced
3/4 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
In a skillet, bring peas and water to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and cook 6-7 minutes or until tender; drain. Add the remaining ingredients. Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes or until well coated.
