Shrimp Gumbo
Ingredients:
2 lbs. med. peeled shrimp
2 cans chicken and rice soup
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped okra
4 Tbs. flour
2 Tbs. oil
1 1/2 qt. water
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs. file

Directions:
Brown flour in oil; add onion and celery, and saute lightly. Add soup, water, okra and shrimp, salt and pepper to taste. Add Worcestershire sauce and simmer for 1 hour. Turn off heat; add file after boiling stops. Serve over rice with garlic bread.
