Lemon Crisp Cookies
Ingredients:
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 c. crisp rice cereal
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. grated lemon peel

Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed (dough will be crumbly). Shape into 1" balls. Place 2" apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until set. Cool for 1 minute; remove from pan to a wire rack to cool completely. Makes about 4 dozen.
