Spinach Meatballs
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg.frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Flour
1/4 c. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sherry

Directions:
Mix meat, spinach, egg and seasonings. Form into 1" balls. Roll in flour and brown in butter. Combine soup and sherry; pour over meatballs. Place in casserole and cover. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Makes 4-5 Servings
