Swedish Meatballs
Ingredients:
2 Tbs. onion, chopped
2 Tbs. celery, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Saute onion and celery in butter until clear. Place ground beef in mixing bowl with bread crumbs, egg, milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add onion and celery. Mix well. Form into walnut size balls, brown quickly and place in oven at 250. Add 1 pint sour cream.
