Sponge Cake

Ingredients:

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. hot water
6 eggs
2 c. flour

Directions:

Beat sugar, water and eggs until stiff. Then add flour. Beat 1 hour, by hand. Bake in a tube pan at 325 for 50 to 60 minutes.
