Stuffed Celery Sticks
Ingredients:
7 medium stalks celery
1/2 c. Shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped fully cooked ham
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp prepared mustard

Directions:
Cut celery into 3" pieces (make sure celery is completely dry).
Mix remaining ingredients; spread about 1 Tbs. in each piece of celery. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Makes about 14 appetizers.
