Sweet Peas and Mushrooms
Ingredients:
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen peas
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Directions:
Cook peas according to package directions; drain.Meanwhile, in a skillet, saute mushrooms and onion in butter until onion is crisp-tender. Stir in sugar, salt, pepper and peas. Cover and cook until heated through.
