Turkey Divan
Ingredients:
2 10 oz. pgks. frozen chopped broccoli
Sugar, salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. cooked sliced turkey
1/2 c. shredded longhorn cheese
1/2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 14 oz. can chicken broth
1 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
2 10 oz. pgks. frozen chopped broccoli

1/2 c. melted butter
Directions:
Parboil broccoli with sugar, salt and pepper in water in large saucepan; drain well. Layer turkey, broccoli and cheeses in 9x13" baking dish. Combine soups and chicken broth in bowl. Pour over layers. Top with bread crumbs; drizzle with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
