Turkey Stroganoff
Ingredients:
1/4 c. red pepper, chopped
2 Tbs. onion, chopped
2 Tbs. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. chop suey vegetables
1 c. cooked turkey, diced

Directions:
Cook red pepper, mushrooms and onion in butter until tender. Blend soup and sour cream in 1 qt. casserole; stir in remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
