Veal Chops Milanese
Ingredients:
4 lg. veal chops
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 egg, well beaten with fork
1 c. bread crumbs
4 Tbs. butter
1 lemon, cut into wedges

Directions:
Sprinkle veal chops with salt and pepper, dip into beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs. melt butter in frying psn, add chops and fry slowly 10 minutes on each side. The meat must cook well but slowly. Remove chops to platter, pour butter from pan over them and serve garnished with lemon wedges.
Makes 4 Servings
