Whole Wheat Biscuits
Ingredients:
1 c. flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbs. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cold butter
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 c. whole wheat flour

Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine flours, baking powder, sugar and salt; mix well. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in milk just until moistened. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface; knead gently 8-10 times. Roll to 3/4" thickness; cut with a 2 1/2" biscuit cutter. Bake at 350 until golden brown.
