Scalloped Wieners
Ingredients:
1 lb. wieners
Water
5 c. coarsely crushed crackers
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
4 1/2 c. milk
4 brimming Tbs. butter
1 lb. wieners

Directions:
Add a small amount of water to the wieners and cook them for 10 minutes. Slice the wieners and make alternate layers of crackers and wieners in a casserole. Beat the egg and add the seasonings and milk. Pour this mixture over the crackers and wieners, and dot the surface with the butter. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until done. This will fill a very large casserole or 2 small ones.
