Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients:
1 lb. bacon
12 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 slices bread
1 c. grated cheese
1 lb. bacon

Directions:
Brown bacon; beat eggs; add milk, salt and mustard. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Grease 9x13" baking pan. Break bread in pieces and put in pan. Crumble bacon; put in pan. Put in cheese. Pour egg and milk mixture over top. Cover with foil and refrigerate for 24 hours.Bake 45 minutes at 350. Remove foil the last 15 minutes.
