Busy Day Casserole
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. tomatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
$ potatoes, thinly sliced
1 box frozen corn
1 box frozen peas
Grated cheese

Directions:
Grease bottom and sides of deep baking dish. Place raw ground beef, tomatoes ans onion in bottom of dish. Add a layer of floured potatoes. Top with frozen corn and frozen peas. Cover; bake 2 hours at 350. Top with cheese before serving.
