Fried Chicken Casserole
Ingredients:
2 frying chickens, cut up
4 Tbs. vegetable fat
3 pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper (optional)
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 frying chickens, cut up
4 Tbs. vegetable fat
3 pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper (optional)
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated cheese
Directions:
Brown chicken in fat quickly. Arrange frozen broccoli in bottom of a greased rectangular baking dish with the browned chicken on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Blend cream of chicken soup with milk and pour over all. Blend bread crumbs with cheese and sprinkle over all. Bake at 325 for 2 hours or longer if pieces of chicken are large.
Makes 5-6 Servings
