1 med. onion, diced
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. chili powder
1 No. 2 1/2 can tomatoes

Directions:
Alternate layers of all ingredients in casserole except tomatoes. Repeat layers. Pour tomatoes over top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
