Corn Chowder
Ingredients:
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbs. butter
1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 c. diced, cooked ham
1 pkg. frozen corn
1 c. cream-style corn
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
2 1/2 c. milk
Salt
Pepper
Parsley flakes

Directions:
Combine onion, butter, potatoes, ham, corn, cream of mushroom soup, and milk in Crock-Pot. Cover and cook on high 4-5 hours. Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley flakes.
