Dandelion Jelly
Ingredients:
Directions:
Pick blossoms in the early morning until you have 2 qts. firmly packed blossoms. Boil with 1 qt. water for 3 minutes. Drain off 3 c. of liquid, add 1 pkg. of Sure-Jel, 1 tsp. lemon or orange extract and 4 1/2 c. sugar. Boil about 3 minutes or till the jelly stage. Can and seat with parafin.
