Fried Parsnips
Ingredients:
5 medium-sized parsnips
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. butter
5 medium-sized parsnips
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. butter
Directions:
Clean and scrape parsnips.
Cook whole in salt water until tender, but not soft.
Cut in quarters lengthwise and place in a greased baking dish.
Place dots of butter over parsnips and bake at 375 until slightly browned.
Makes 4 Servings
