Hot Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
2 c. cooked chicken breast, cut up
2 c. celery chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sliced water chestnuts
Salt to taste
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. onion, grated
Crushed potato chips

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except potato chips; place in casserole. Top with potato chips. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
