Peanut Butter Bonbons
Ingredients:
12 oz. jar peanut butter
1/4 lb. butter
1 1/2 c. 10x sugar
3 1/2 c Rice Krispies cereal
12 oz. jar peanut butter
1/4 lb. butter
1 1/2 c. 10x sugar
3 1/2 c Rice Krispies cereal
Directions:
In saucepan, melt beanut butter and butter. In large bowl combine sugar and cereal. Pour melted mixture over cereal and blend. Chill slightly. Form into 1 inch balls and chill until firm. Coat with melted semi-sweet chocolate that has one tsp. paraffin added to one pound chocolate. This gives the chocolate gloss.
