Sour Cream Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour cream
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Directions:
Cream sugar and shortening together; beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, salt and baking soda and add alternately with sour cream. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Makes 4-5 dozen soft cookies.
