Poppy Seed Bundt Cake
Ingredients:
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant coconut cream pudding mix
1 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 Tbs. poppy seeds
Confectioners' sugar

Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine cake and pudding mixes, water, oil and eggs. Beat on low speed until moistened. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in the poppy seeds. Pour into a greased and floured 10" bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 48-52 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with confectioners' sugar.
