Salmon Croquettes

Ingredients:

1 lg. can salmon
1/4 c. flour
1 egg

Directions:

Put salmon in large bowl; remove bones. Stir in mixed up egg. Then pour in flour and roll into balls; put them in hot frying oil, in deep fryer. Remove when brown.
