Ingredients:
2 medium sweet potatoes
1 egg
Brown sugar
Bread crumbs

Directions:
Cook, peel and mash sweet potatoes. Add 1 egg, brown sugar to taste and enough bread crumbs to firm mixture. Roll into balls and fry.
