Tomato Pudding
Ingredients:
3 c. soft bread cubes
1/3 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

Directions:
Toast bread cubes in butter until lightly browned. Combine brown sugar, water, tomato paste, salt and pepper; simmer 5 minutes. Combine bread cubes and tomato mixture and pour into greased 1 qt. casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
