Veal Meatballs
Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground veal
3 eggs
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 c. instant rice
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. bread crumbs
4 c. ginger ale
1 1/2 c. chili sauce

Directions:
In a bowl mix the first 6 ingredients. With dampened hands, shape into 30 meat balls. Set aside. In a saucepan, combine ginger ale and chili sauce. Place meatballs in sauce. Over moderate heat, cook 2 hours or so. Serve with noodles or potatoes, if desired.
