Meat Ball Casserole
Ingredients:
2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. butter
2 Tbs. flour
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 Tbs. chopped parsley
2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. butter
2 Tbs. flour
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 Tbs. chopped parsley
Directions:
Mix together beef, salt, pepper, onion and eggs; shape into 24 meat balls. Melt butter; brown meat balls and place in a shallow casserole. Pour off exsess fat reserving 2 Tbs.; blend in flour. Add water, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and salt; cook until thickened. Remove from heat; blend in sour cream. Pour over meat balls; bake 10-15 minutes at 350. Garnish with chopped parsley.
