Weiner Stew
Ingredients:
2 pkg. frozen vegetables - 16 oz. each
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. milk
4 weiners cut into 1/2" pieces
5 Tbs. flour
5 Tbs. butter, softened

Directions:
In a 3 qt. pan, combine the first 7 ingredients,cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until the vegetables are tender (about 5 minutes). Add milk and weiners. Return to boil. Meanwhile, blend flour and butter. Add to boiling stew, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened.
Makes 6-8 Servings
